The head scarf colors represent colors of a butterfly, the Golden clipper. In Japan the butterfly is recognized as beauty , a new beginning. The ( I am pin button ) represents any postivie female emotion ........ I am strong....I am beautiful ....etc. Hints of pink were added to the button, the lips, and pinkness in the skin tones to represent Breast Cancer Awareness. The piece was created on acrylic canvas sheet and attached to a gesso board. Framed in gold/black floater frame . Artwork is 12 x 16, with frame measures 18.25 x 14.25 x 2. Price includes shipping within the U.S.
